Kris Unick Travel offers itinerary planning, travel consulting, accommodation and transportation coordination, and activity or experience bookings in partnership with global travel suppliers.
All bookings and confirmations are made on behalf of the traveler with independent third-party providers such as hotels, tour operators, and transport companies. Kris Unick Travel acts solely as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, negligence, or acts of these independent contractors.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are provided in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in supplier rates, currency exchange, or other external factors.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on supplier terms. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received and processed successfully.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by each supplier (airlines, hotels, ground transport, tour companies, etc.). Kris Unick Travel will communicate these policies at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility depends entirely on the supplier’s terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and permits) are valid and meet the requirements of their destination(s).
Kris Unick Travel is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or other travel disruptions due to missing or incorrect documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kris Unick Travel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
Travel involves inherent risks that each client accepts upon booking. Clients are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal property.
7. Itinerary Modifications
While Kris Unick Travel strives to maintain every planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, operational issues, or political events may require changes.
Kris Unick Travel reserves the right to make reasonable modifications when necessary for safety, timing, or logistical reasons.
8. Force Majeure
Kris Unick Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
